Returns & Exchanges

At Harper Wilde, we want your top drawer to be your favorite drawer, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original mailer, and attach the label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your new Wilde gear within 5-7 business days.
